In window 3 of the Rule Release Calendar, we present Rule Notices or customer notifications, as we also call them. Do you want to stay updated on unexpected events in your Rule Account without having to be logged into the platform? Congratulations, you can now!
What are Rule Notices?
With Rule Notice, you will be notified at once, either via SMS or email, if something in the platform should go wrong or needs to be fixed. This means that you can quickly get information about what the error that has occurred is about and thus remedy it. For example, it could be that a tag is missing in a filter or that you use an incorrect URL in a mailing.
