Gmail is changing the rules 📬

Gmail now classifies anyone sending 5,000+ emails per day as a bulk sender, with stricter requirements around reputation, engagement and sending strategy.

 

For high-volume senders, this can impact inbox placement if lists, frequency or content aren’t optimized. Smaller senders are less affected but poor sending habits can still hurt deliverability over time.
