We’ve updated the email unsubscribe process to create a more consistent and secure experience across email and SMS marketing. Previously, email recipients were immediately unsubscribed upon clicking the unsubscribe link. Now, we’re introducing an additional confirmation step with a button, just like in the SMS unsubscribe process. This change reduces the risk of accidental unsubscribes and gives recipients more control over their choices. By aligning the process across email and SMS, it becomes easier for recipients to understand and manage their subscriptions. At the same time, we strengthen compliance with regulations and ensure transparency in how we handle unsubscribes. With this update, we’re making the unsubscribe process more user-friendly and reliable, minimizing unintended opt-outs, enhancing user control, and creating a smoother experience 🚀📩
