1.2 The subscription starts immediately after the license has been purchased and the first payment has been made.

1.3 The term of the contract is monthly for the current subscription plan, with a mutual notice period of six (6) months.

1.4 Rule has no commitment period, only a notice period of six (6) months.

1.5 You can cancel your subscription at any time. The termination must be made in writing by email or letter.

1.6 In the event of non-payment, Rule reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is received.

1.7 If you exceed the maximum number of members included in your current plan, your subscription will be automatically upgraded to a plan corresponding to the new number. The new price will take effect immediately and you will be informed by email when the upgrade is completed.
