Privacy Policy
At Rule, we respect our customers ‘and members’ integrity needs. This Privacy Policy describes what specific information is collected from the Rule website and how that information is used.
Maintaining the integrity of your information is paramount to us as it helps to promote trust, goodwill and stronger relationships with you, our customers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy practices, please contact us at info@rule.se.
Information Collection and Use
Rule explicitly asks when we need information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Your personal information is used to create your personal access to our email marketing, and to contact you during the use of this product. Demographic and profile data collected by Rule can be used to customize this site or all requested email communications and to display information that is more relevant to you. Rule under no circumstances makes any personal information about an individual user available to anyone.
Your e-mail address is only used to send information that you have requested. As part of your use of our Email Marketing Program, Rule allows you to choose to receive or not receive certain information from Rule. Rule strictly adheres to state-based email policy. Except as mentioned above, Rule will not send you unwanted email information, commercial offers or ads. Rule will not sell, rent or borrow our contact lists or our customer’s contact lists (including customer data) to any external company or use customer contact lists for your own marketing purposes. All e-mails you have requested will be able to unsubscribe. Cancellation requests are met within minutes and no further messages will be sent to users who have stated that they do not want the specified information.
Subscriber Lists, Campaign Content, and Campaign Reports
Rule ensures that all subscriber lists, email content and reports are private and confidential. Rule can scan the content of your campaigns to ensure that it complies with our Terms of Service to protect against offensive, incorrect, abusive, obscene, common or threatening material that is racist or ethnicly offensive. Rule will not sell, rent, lend or invite external access to customer contact lists. Rule does not use the customer’s contact lists for any purpose.
Communication from the website
Customers can cancel the subscription with one click below each email. Or by entering the email address in our unsubscribe form.
Newsletter
If a user wants to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Without respect for the privacy of users, we offer a way to opt out of these messages via the extension mechanism with one click at the bottom of each email.
Service Announcements
On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strict service-related announcement. For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we can send users an email. Typically, users can not opt out of these messages, even if they can disable their account. However, these communications are not marketed.
Customer service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and when it comes to questions related to their account, we respond by email or phone, according to the user’s wishes.
Site Usage Information
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to manage our site. We do not link your IP address to any personally identifiable information. We use tracking information to determine which areas our users visit based on traffic to these areas. Rule does not track which individual users are reading, but rather how often each page is visited. This helps us maintain a superior and informative website for you.
Safety Technology
Rule has made a significant investment in the latest server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect our information assets. These technologies are distributed as part of sophisticated security architecture. All data is contained in a tightly controlled, secure data center. These investments mean that information about identity and preferences of individual members is never available to anyone outside of the Rule. We will keep safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information.
Policy Changes
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. If / when Rule makes changes to this Privacy Policy, we will mark the changes on our website and email users who have given us permission to do so. We’ll post some changes here, so be sure to check back regularly. But make sure that if your personal information policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal data you have provided to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is substantially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy without your prior consent.
